From our headquarters in Dresden, we develop high-performance scheduling and software solutions that drive digital change in logistics, transportation and beyond. Why is our growth so important?
Because we understand our customers’ challenges and meet them with tailor-made software solutions. Our success is based on a dedicated team that works passionately on intelligent and efficient solutions. We have already made the decision to open two new locations in 2023: Leipzig and Lisbon. The personal decisions of two employees gave us the opportunity to bring a breath of fresh air from two very different cities to SaxMS. Now, in 2024, both locations are already active and bustling – and we are confident about their continued growth in 2025.
Our expansion is not an end in itself – it strengthens our innovative power and our ability to stay close to our customers’ needs. With a growing team and new locations, we are creating the basis for future-proof solutions that will have a lasting impact on the digital transformation of the transport and logistics industry.
Leipzig – a dynamic location with potential
Leipzig had been under discussion for some time, as the city is known for its first-class universities and excellent connections. Thanks to our working student Daniel, who successfully completed his thesis with SaxMS, the ideal opportunity presented itself. With his permanent move to Leipzig, Daniel took his job at SaxMS with him and supported the opening of the new location. In Leipzig, we offer permanent workstations and flex desks that can be used by our colleagues from Dresden or the home office. The location has developed well since it opened in 2024 and will continue to grow.
Lisbon – SaxMS’ first international location
Lisbon, the charming capital of Portugal, is our first location outside Germany. This move was made possible by our developer Vasco, who wanted to return to his home country after several years in Germany. Vasco successfully established SaxMS in Lisbon and the site has been active since 2024. The connection between our German and Portuguese offices creates exciting new opportunities for international growth and innovation.
We are proud of the development of these two locations and look forward to supporting their continued expansion in 2025. With fresh perspectives from Leipzig and Lisbon, we are committed to growth and collaboration across borders.
